Doris Frisbee, a long time resident of Cocoa, Florida, went to paradise to be with the Lord, her daddy, mother, brother, sister and other loved ones, on Wednesday April 19, 2017.

Born in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1941, Doris helped defend the rights of the Arkansas 9 at Central High School where she went to school.
Doris loved people and is remembered for her generous heart and home, which welcomed many family, friends and strangers in need throughout her life. Easy to talk to and always willing to listen without judgement, Doris went...

Doris Frisbee, a long time resident of Cocoa, Florida, went to paradise to be with the Lord, her daddy, mother, brother, sister and other loved ones, on Wednesday April 19, 2017.

Born in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1941, Doris helped defend the rights of the Arkansas 9 at Central High School where she went to school.
Doris loved people and is remembered for her generous heart and home, which welcomed many family, friends and strangers in need throughout her life. Easy to talk to and always willing to listen without judgement, Doris went out of her way to help others.

Doris enjoyed reading books, loved animals, and found pleasure watching sports - she particularly loved the LA Dodgers and the Arkansas Razorbacks. Doris loved and adored her family. loving Above all else, the thing she loved most in life was being a mother and a Nana.

She is survived by her husband Ron Frisbee. Beloved sister of Ruth (David)Hodges. Cherished mother to daughter Kelly (Steve) Sobieski and sons Ronald Jr. (Stephanie) Frisbee and Garrett Frisbee. Adored Nana to Maddie and Libbie Sobieski, Katie and Carlie Frisbee, Brock Frisbee, and Alec and Austin Walsh. Dear Aunt to niece Cheryl Walsh and nephews Don Garrett, John (Renee) Hodges and Matthew (Victoria)Hodges. Caring daughter-in-law of Sumpter Frisbee and sister-in-law of Jerry Frisbee.

There will be a memorial service at Brevard Memorial Park in Cocoa on Friday, May 26th at 2pm followed by her inurnment.
