Stanley Joseph Dlugopolski passed away on Tuesday, September 12 at the home of his third daughter, Janice Thomas in Orlando, Florida.

While the passing of a loved one is always painful and sad, our Dad is finally at peace with The Lord after struggling the last five years with Parkinson's.

Dad enjoyed a full and robust life of 90 years and will be remembered for his many passions: his strong Catholic faith, his career and support of the military (his first love, the Air Force), his favorite sports (hunting and fishing), his very strong dedication to his family, and finally, Dad's love of his therapy dogs, Simon and Wonder.

Stan's influence can be seen and remembered so clearly when observing the lives of his children and grandchildren. He and his wife Evelyn raised four children whose lives are a tribute to their success as parents. Their dedication to family has carried down to the next generation and is ever apparent when surrounded by his family.

Stanley Joseph will be greatly missed by his surviving family of four children; their spouses, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

We love our father dearly and will miss him but know he is in a much better place - once again with our mother in the hands of Jesus.

Thanks to all for prayers and support during this final journey with our father,

Nina, Karen, Janice, David

A funeral mass will take place Saturday, September 30th, at 10:00AM at St Teresa Catholic Church in Titusville. Stanley will be laid to rest at Brevard Memorial Park following the funeral mass.
